The mission for our commercial photostudio is to produce high quality, creative and commercial photographs. From the start of a project, we have brain sessions with our clients to design the best option for their project. This applies to different types of photoshoots, e.g. fashion shoots, portraits , cover photos for magazines, architectural photos, product shoots, or the dutch name “ smoelenboek” pictures, in every case we come to the client or we invite them to drink a Nespresso in our studio to explain all options.
Whether it is a small or large project, in-studio or on-location, we love to create images that communicate memorable messages for our clients. My wife Renate de Groot, is a make-up artist, and is the main contact person for all parties, working 7 days a week. In this way, we have very direct communication lines to serve our clients with a quick response on emails and call.
Primarily, we shoot with Mamiya (Medium format camera) with digital back. In addition, we have a Nikon D3 camera (Small format camera).
In our studio, we have modern technics like a connection between the camera and a large LCD screen, resulting in a direct display of the shot photographs during the shoot. In that way, clients can see real-time how the composition and quality of the photographs are. Occasionally, we are broadcasting our photoshoots. In this way, people can "experience" the photoshoot live, and ask questions during the shoot via chat.

Hoge kwaliteits foto’s, die creatief en commercieel zijn, dat is wat wij als doel hebben met onze fotostudio. Vanaf het eerste contact, hebben wij brainstormsessies met onze klanten om te bepalen wat de beste optie is voor hun project. Dit geldt voor alle shoots die wij uitvoeren, of het nu een fashion shoot is, portretten, een covershoot voor magazines, architectuur, product foto’s, of smoelenboekfoto’s, in alle gevallen gaan wij naar de klant toe of wij nodigen hen uit voor een kop Nespresso in onze studio. Of het project nu groot of klein is, in onze studio geschoten of op locatie, onze uitdaging is om foto’s te creeren die boodschappen uitstralen die “ blijven hangen” bij mensen.
Mijn vrouw Renate de Groot is gediplomeerd visagiste en is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze studio, 7 dagen per week. Op deze manier hebben wij directe communicatielijnen en kunnen wij snel op emails en telefoongesprekken van klanten reageren.
Wij fotograferen (met name) met Mamiya (Midden formaat camera) en daarnaast met een Nikon D3 (Kleinbeeld camera). En in onze studio hebben wij moderne technieken zoals en connectie tussen de camera en een groot LCD scherm. Zo worden de geschoten foto’s direct op het scherm zichtbaar, wat erg handig is voor onze klanten. Zij kunnen real-time kijken hoe de compositie en kwaliteit van de foto’s is. Bovendien zenden wij photoshoots live uit, zodat mensen de shoot live kunnen ervaren en vragen kunnen stellen via chat tijdens de shoot.
